We do not collect or store sensitive financial data such as credit/debit card numbers, bank account numbers, or UPI PINs.
2.6 Media & Visual Content
- Photographs and video recordings taken during classes, rehearsals, and performances
- Audio recordings of music performances (for archival or promotional use)

7. Photography, Video & Media Consent
7.1 Consent at Enrollment
By enrolling in RNF programs, students (and parents/guardians for minors) are deemed to have provided consent for RNF to:
- Photograph and record them during classes, rehearsals, and performances
- Use such content on the Foundation's official website, social media pages, and print materials
7.2 Nature of Use
All media will be used in a respectful, dignified manner that reflects the artistic purpose of the Foundation. No content will be used in a manner that is demeaning, misleading, or harmful.
7.3 How to Opt Out
If you do not wish for your (or your child's) image or likeness to be used in any form:
- Submit a written opt-out request to the Foundation office at the time of admission, or
- Email your opt-out request to founder@rukmininatyakshetra.in at any time
Opt-out requests will be honoured going forward. Previously published content will be removed upon written request, to the extent reasonably practicable.
7.4 Student-Generated Media
Students and parents are not permitted to photograph or record other students during classes or rehearsals without the consent of those students' families and approval from RNF management.
8. Data Security
8.1 Measures in Place — RNF takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access or disclosure, accidental loss or destruction, and misuse or alteration.
8.2 Physical Records — Paper-based student records are stored in locked cabinets accessible only to authorised administrative staff.
8.3 Digital Records — Digital student records are stored on password-protected systems with access controls. We use reputable cloud/software services that maintain their own security standards.
8.4 Limitation — While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.5 Data Breach — In the unlikely event of a data breach that may affect your rights, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required under the DPDPA, 2023.
