Rukminidevi Natyakshetra Foundation is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for all students, parents, staff, and visitors. The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act).
Who Is Covered
The ICC covers all students, parents, faculty, staff, volunteers, and visitors - on RNF premises or at any RNF-associated event.
What Can Be Reported
- Sexual harassment (verbal, physical, visual, or gestural)
- Inappropriate conduct by faculty, staff, or peers
- Gender-based discrimination or hostile behaviour
- Any conduct creating an unsafe or intimidating environment
How to File a Complaint
- Submit a written or email complaint to the Presiding Officer within 3 months of the incident.
- Acknowledgement will be sent within 7 working days.
- Inquiry will be conducted confidentially and completed within 90 days.
- Action will be taken based on the inquiry findings.
- Appeal may be filed within 90 days of the decision if needed.
